Hi, I am almost 6 months pregnant. Is this your first? I already have a little girl of 2. Do you know of any antenatal yoga or exercise classes?

This is my 4th pregnancy!, I have a daughter who is nearly 18 and a son who will be 1 on sat!!
Sorry dont know of any classes, perhaps the Birth centre have some info?
